The True Story of David "Gypsy" Chain

On Sept. 17, 1998, David "Gypsy" Chain, a volunteer environmental activist was killed when a falling redwood tree landed on him. The mainstream press has offered only a distorted version of the story to the world which makes his death seem like an innocent mistake. The following are reports from someone who was there on the front lines when it happened and throughout the aftermath.
